Description: Our center piece is our Grass-fed Dairy from which we offer Raw Milk Herdshares. We are members of the Raw Milk Association of Colorado. We also offer 100% Grass-fed Beef, Pastured Pork, 100% Grass-fed Lamb, and Pasture-raised Eggs. Though not certified organic, we strive to go above and beyond organic principals. Using the Holistic Management model, we manage our livestock to mimic the historic great herds that grazed this landscape. Short-duration, high intensity grazing followed by long recovery times for the plants is proving to improve degraded landscapes, build soil, and sequester carbon.
