Description: Rain Crow Farm offers Certified Naturally Grown vegetables, herbs, flowers and eggs. We also offer a CSA, please contact us for more information.

We planted an acre of native shrubs along the North Fork of the Gunnison River which borders our farm in 2006. This was done to stabilize the river bank from further erosion and provide habitat for birds/wildlife. Rain Crow is a folklore name for the Yellow-billed Cuckoo which breeds in this valley. This may be the last place in western Colorado where this declining species breeds. Yellow-billed Cuckoos are heard from our farm in late June through early August. We have seen or heard over 150 species of birds on our farm.
